One of the reasons that Oklahoma has remained stable and will be resilient to the economic downturn is our lower cost to live in Oklahoma. There is no reason in 2009 for OG&E to raise every customer’s bill. I applaud the capital investment for the long-term but don’t push over this investment in 2009 to your customers.
The private sector is doing everything they can to keep customers because they have to survive, keep Oklahoma’s rate at the current rates for 2009 to help your customer’s weather the storm.
